Hi Rethinkers,

This is very brave and very out of my depth but I think it’s time for me to embrace the scary world of internet blogging! 

My hope for this blog is that it will encourage, motivate and guide many of you through the journey of creating a healthier you – a healthy mind, a healthy body and a healthy family. We all strive for and want to be ‘healthy’ but when we are being honest with ourselves we find it hard – find it hard to be organised enough to make that packed lunch in the morning and find it hard to fit in a 10 minute workout never mind a half an hour run.

I want this to become a place where you feel you can engage, learn and journey with me to create a healthy lifestyle that is easy and fits right in with your busy schedule.

Small changes can make big differences and so I want to educate you on how to kick start the new healthy you! 

I want you to rethink your routine and see how easy it can be to make healthy choices once you know what they are. I’ve been through a lot of changes on my journey of starting Rethink Nutrition and so I hope to help you by sharing my experiences and how to ensure healthy becomes a lifestyle –  not just a fad diet to get into a bikini a few weeks before you jet off on holiday!

Enough of my ramblings for now, I hope you are excited and will be motivated to RETHINK.
